  • All withdrawal requests received during standard business hours, i.e. 07:00 – 16:00 (GMT+2) (Daylight Saving Time), will be processed the same day. Any requests received later than the specified time period may be processed on the next day.
  • Withdrawals processed by Bank Wire Transfer usually take between 3-5 business days

CREDIT CARDS

  • The Company reserves its rights to refund the initially deposited amount(s) to the same Credit/Debit Card (i.e. Same remitter).
  • Third party withdrawals to anonymous accounts are prohibited.
  • If the Credit Card has expired, you must provide a new valid Credit Card copy. Funds cannot be refunded to an expired Credit Card.
  • In case of your account have lower capital amount than the requested withdrawal amount, the withdrawal request will be automatically cancelled due to insufficient funds.
  • If you have funded any of your trading accounts using a credit card within the last 60 days then all withdrawals will be processed as a refund back to the credit card. Unless the initial deposit has already been withdrawn to a credit card.

WIRE TRANSFERS

  • The Company keeps its rights to refund the initially deposited amount(s) to the same source (i.e. Same remitter).
  • Third party withdrawals to anonymous accounts are prohibited.

INTERNAL TRANSFERS

In order to provide our clients with flexibility, we in Merit Forex give you the opportunity to transfer funds between your accounts with few easy steps:

  • Choose the account from which you would like to transfer your funds, write the amount and then select the account you would like to make this transfer to and click “Submit Request”.
  • You can view the status and the history of your transfer in your “Client Portal”.

The transfers are processed instantly and should not take more than few minutes to see the new balance in your trading account. In case that you receive the funds with delay, please contact us.
