After registering a trading account, you will receive an email containing your account credentials: MT Server name, Account number and the password. You can use these details to login on the platform that you selected, either MT4 or MT5 on any of the available devices.

The base currency set by default in the trading account is USD. However, you can choose to trade in EUR too. To switch your base currency from USD to EUR, please write to email@example.com.
Tell your friends about all the benefits of trading with MeritForex. Once they register the account and verify it, you will get a trading bonus, equivalent of 50% of the deposit amount made by your referral.
Make sure they give us your full name and trading account number when they sign up. They can do that by their Account Executive.

Before requesting a withdrawal, please make sure that all requirements are met. These may include account verification, closing all ongoing trades, the minimum trading of the bonus volume, correct withdrawal method and more
Once all requirements are met your withdrawal will be processed.
Proof of Identification – clear copy of a valid Passport; if this is not available please provide us with a copy of your National ID or Driver’s license front and back. Passports should be provided at your earliest convenience.
Proof of Address* - clear copy of: bank or credit card statement, utility bill (e.g. water, electricity, gas, landline phone, Internet, TV Service), municipality statements.Note that all details must be clearly visible (full name, address of residence, date of issue of the document, logo or stamp of the issuing company).
* Proof of residence documents must have been issued within the last three months. All documents provided must be issued in the name of the client; third party documents will not be accepted.

If you are paying using a prepaid debit or credit card then we will accept a screenshot of both the front and rear of the card. We will also accept screenshots from online or mobile banking apps.
According to legal and company obligations, Merit Forex is required to verify your identity, residential address. In order to comply with company requirements, we are obliged to verify that you are the legitimate owner of the funds deposited in your trading account. In turn, Photo ID, proof of residence and payment method is required.
In opening an account with Merit Forex, traders agree to comply with all applicable money laundering and counter terrorism financing laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, the requirement to provide satisfactory evidence of identity, residential address, source of funds, etc. Merit Forex will not establish a business relationship with an individual unless and until the client’s identity and residential address have been successfully verified, and/or all necessary documents have been received and verified. This is to protect both the client and us from fraud, as well as guard client privacy, and is therefore part of our standard due diligence process. Merit Forex reserves the right to impose additional due diligence requirements upon requirement.

Know your customer ('KYC') is the process of a business identifying and verifying the identity of its clients. KYC process helps prevent money laundering and other suspicious transactions. KYC is mandatory irrespective of the investment amount and it is a one-time process.

Once documents are uploaded into your account and KYC form correctly filled in, we will review and process them within 2 business days.
As soon as everything is processed you will receive an email notification regarding the result; if they are approved, your account is considered fully verified.
